General Data Protection Regulation and our Policy of Private Data Protection


INTRODUCTION
Our Company considers the protection of the private data and the privacy of our visitors and clients a matter of great importance and is implementing all the rules of The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 that was introduced on May 25 2018 within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area into Our Policy for the Protection of Private Data concerning the handling of such sensitive information in accordance to European and Greek Law.
Private data you submit on our website is used exclusively to enable and perform a business transaction and function. Private data we keep will never be shared or disclosed to a third party for any reason and purpose other than to Justice and Police Authorities with a lawful claim in accordance to European and Greek Law.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED PRIVATE DATA
The term “Private Data” as used in our current Policy refers to information of a certain individual such as your name, your e-mail address, your phone number or any other information that can be used to identify you.
